upload torrent error

: bad data from tracker - not a valid bencoded string

how do i get the torrent to work.?..i downloaded the new one when i uploaded the pages...it is a video torrent...

First thing I do whenever I get an error, is stop the torrent and then restart it. Sometimes you can get an error from the site (any site) because it suddenly gets overloaded. If you still get the error, delete the torrent from your bittorrent client, download it from the site, start that one and see if it gets rid of the problem.
