If you have Nero, use the FLAC plugin to burn audio cdrs directly from FLAC:

If not, get FLAC frontend (linked in my signature), decompress to WAV, burn the audio cdr(s), delete the WAVs and burn a backup of
all the original files you downloaded for future trading.
EAC is really great for burning audio cdrs, too.
