I still think image burn is the way to go... do the following and you should be good.
Make sure of the following....
1. select 'write files/folders to disc
2. make sure "mode" (in menu bar) is set to 'build'.
3. make sure 'output' (in menu bar) is set to 'device'
4. check to make sure you have the right drive selected
5. check to make sure you have the right drive selected
6. on the tabs on top right; select 'device'... set burn speed to 2.4x
7. on the tabs on top right; select 'labels'... UDF: ... here you can lable your disc, ie Grateful Dead 1995-07-09 Disc 1... or whatever.

8. click the yellow folder, and choose a group of files to burn. be sure not to add anything from the folder that is not a VIDEO_TS file, or you will get an error.
9. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT KIND OF DVD (5 or 9)
9a all the other settings are fine the way they are.
10. once you click OK, a pop up screen will basically warn you that this is your last chance to back out. Click OK
11. you did it!! now crack open a beer and chill while it burns.
I don't know if any of this helps... good luck
