Tried to find this out myself, with no luck. I even took all the measurements from a official cd and put that into a program and it still wasn't right. I was told to use nero from many people and do. The biggest limitation is that it won't let you print a front cover that is connected to a booklet. They must be printed separately which is a real pain sometimes.
