U2Lynne, can you describe what would need to be done? What kind of ongoing maintenance does the site currently require, and is there also a technical backlog of sysadmin / coding work required on top of that to keep it stable and scaling? How much of the steady-state work is non-technical (moderation, etc.)?

If the site does shut down, I'm sure I'm not the only one who would appreciate an archive of the forum posts, or at least the torrent threads; there's lots of useful information about shows and recordings in there.
