Some clever souls managed to preserve all the threads from Yeeshkul! and they are readable in an archive there. They don't run a tracker - all new torrents are trackerless and connect through DHT. I was around for Yeeshkul! closing down and moving over to Raving and Drooling. Nobody could save the site itself, and just moved the archive over to R&D and started from scratch. However, some of those torrents DO cross over to here.

If there's a way to move forward without having to start a site from scratch, while copying and pasting the archive, and just shutting down the tracker and converting all the torrent attachments (which, I checked, was tens of thousands!) into trackerless, then let's do that.
