I know this is old but, after banging my head against the wall for a long time and constantly messing with my ports, firewall settings and so on, this finally fixed the problem for me and I'm no longer firewalled. I was using the latest version of qBittorrent (5.1.0) and reverted to 4.0.3, so the problem wasn't with my port settings at all! There are probably some newer versions of the client that also work, but I'm just confirming this one did it for me. Thank you!
