I saw your post in The Lounge also - you are a brave sole to wander in there (just kidding!).
As was mentioned in your lounge thread, you may want to forward your ports, if possible. If you are at a university or torrenting from work, that probably is not possible. If you are at home, then head on over to
portforward.com and find your router on the list, then find your bt client, and then follow the directions. If you run into problems, feel free to post here for help.
As for uploading a show, there are a few of us Mac users around here
and we'd be happy to help you out. The first thing to do is to read our Audio BT Policy (link in my sig) which will explain our rules here. Again, if you have any questions, feel free to post them.
At the bottom of the Audio BT Policy is a link to the Audio BT Seeding Guide (also linked in my sig). I actually wrote the FAQ item for
creating a torrent using Azureus on my Mac, so if you use Azureus, it should be easy to follow.
