I just wanted to chime in briefly, and comment......
Dude - you owe him 2 discs, plain and simple. It is good trading etiquette to use quality discs for starters anyways......and I know from experience that Dazzz would have sent you quality discs......he's a top notch trader (we've had a few trades), and I expect that he would have asked you nicely for replacements, and then if you resisted (which apparently you are!!), it may have gotten a bit more heated. I don't know.
If Dazzz can't play/copy your discs, then you owe him 2 discs. Why even bother quibbling over it?
Is it really worth ruining your trading name over?
