What kind of cards will capture in the best quality? What formats do they capture in? (mpeg/avi/miniDV/etc.) How do I find out what quality aud/video signal I'm getting from the digital cable box? Any help would be appreciated ![]() Operating System : Windows XP Professional (5.01.2600 Service Pack 2) CPU : AMD Sempron 2000 MHz Bus Speed : 166 MHz Motherboard : AN7 (nVidia-nForce2) BIOS : Phoenix 6.00 PG Memory : 1024 MB (10ns) Sound : NVIDIA(R) nForce(TM) Audio Video : RADEON 9200 PRO SEC Family
