using ape and cue files
Now that I have them, how do I burn to CD? iTunes doen't recognize the cue files and will burn one long tack - How do I break them up?

If you are on Windows, EAC (free, www.exactaudiocopy.de ) or Nero will recognize cue files. Just decode the .ape to .wav first, then double click the cue file. As a last resort, you can load the big .wav into CD Wave (free for the first 30 days: http://www.milosoftware.com/cdwave/ ) and split it into separate tracks.
