Firewalled help
Just got a new modem from qwest 2wire 2701HG-D and need help forwarding ports.
I am on a mac and use azureus 2.5.0. I had everything good until a storm blewout my old modem. Now, I have followed everything @ portforwarding.com and it still says im firewalled. Im trying to use port 49000. was on 48000 last time and I frustrated. Way is it not working! Please help me! No members have liked this post.

If you are using OS 10.5.x the firewall settings are now found under "Security".

No I only have OS 10.4.11, I was able to forward my port before, why cant I do it now?

Did you set up a static local IP for your computer - http://www.portforward.com/networkin...ic-Mac10.4.htm ? If so, did you make sure to forward port 49000 to that IP? And have you forwarded that same port in Azureus?
