Lossless to me.

Looks lossy to me. Possibly an analogue recording of a lossy broadcast?

John, sometimes the SA in color can be deceiving. For most definite results it is best to try:

It is useful to add a "Black & White" preset for spectral analysis, to do this:

You will be able to zoom in to 2 seconds give or take via the scroll wheel on the mouse.
