Can please someone help how to read / analyse this spectrogram

Needing help with your homework? It would help if you put labels on all of your dependent and independent axes, plus labeled the window size and fourier transform input parameters and put units on them. All of that would need to be in english for me to help.
That first image, you do mean it is a sine wave, right?...or is really something from an angiogram like a grade 2 posterior cavernous sinus signal and grade 3 inferior petrosal sinus signal?
