trying to up load and I keep getting the window attached below. I have done what it says, even logged out several times and reattempted... please advise

Try closing ie, open control panel > Internet options and clear all your cookies.

That did not work, so I went into trader's little helper and re-announced the torrent to TTD and tried again, that did it. Maybe I also was seeding to many torrents. Not sure. Thanks for the help though.
