.dar = sony DVDA file You haven't authored it yet. (which is proabably why you can't get it to fit back on one dvd) You need to hit the Make DVD button. Click Prepare. Tell it where to go. Next. Click Optimize. Make sure it is set to compress the menus and possibly audio in your case. This should get it to fit on one disc. It will output a video_ts and an audio_ts folder. You can delete the audio folder.
