Reseeding from other places

Hi, I've found a whole bunch of downloads from other sites on a hard drive that I'd like to try and share here if possible. I'm looking at them and there are a few potential issues :

1. Lineage - doesn't get better in some cases than "1st gen audience tape" and there's no ffp or md5 files - assume these are a NO. Is there anything I could do to make these acceptable?

2. Files with ffp and md5 and info file with full lineage in the text files - would these be acceptable - and would I need to do anything with them to verify whether they are OK to post

With any that are acceptable, if any are, I assume file name changes from Trackxx to the song's title would be OK?

1. You can create ffp files but the lineage is a must here

2. those should be fine, just do a search to make sure these aren't already on the tracker
