Seeds not uploading, help?

It's been like this for months, and it's killing my ratio. Downloads are usually delayed, but start in a few minutes and download quickly. But there's no uploading, no seeding, even if I'm the first one to jump on. I'm going to attach screenshots of all my Qbittorrent settings, any advice is appreciated.

Not sure if this is any use to you, but I've had been having problems with new torrents taking a long time to make first connections, which means there's often several downloaders all starting at the same time and completing together as well - meaning then there's no one to upload to until others jump on.

Can be half an hour or longer sometimes before a torrent starts to upload to anyone. It used to be that people were connecting much quicker.

Thank you, but I eventually do connect. My problem is that I never upload.

Sadly I do not run Qbittorrent so I can not help you out. Hope you can make it work.
