lossy or not?
Hi,
got a show that i'm wondering whether it's lossy or not. it appears to me to be lossy, but the trader i got it from doesn't think it is. He thinks it was likely recorded to DAT at 32khz. here's a couple of piccies and a sample... http://www.sendspace.com/file/kynepn it's an FM recording recorded to DAT No members have liked this post.

no way that's 32kHz DAT, quite positive its atrac MiniDisc, which even tho lossy is mostly acceptable for trading. sounds it, too. there's a couple sticky threads up top where you can compare SAs & see what I mean.
