The forum is still under construction. What you saw earlier was a restored back up used temporarily as a test. The new host is up and running, the forum being updated to a newer version and such. So hang tight folks it'll be up and running soon.

The site is again fully functional. Their has been some changes to the layout and a few minor things are still not working, but the tracker is fully operational.
