looks kinda lossy to me. perhaps a bootlegged radio broadcast? a lot of those are lossy in origin, although to the best of my knowledge as long as thats the best quality liberated, it's okay on lossless trackers. I might be wrong though.

Considering where the cutoff is (which makes it look lossy) I'd guess either this is a result of the recording process (equipment) or it was heavily filtered in the higher range.
