Newbie Help with Upload.

I have created a folder with FLAC files.
I have created a textfile.
Using Traders Little Helper, I created an MD5 Verufy File
Using Traders little Helper, I created a Torrent File.

When I go to upload page I fill in all of the answers for the file, except when it asks for MD5 fingerprints. I don't know how to get the file I created into the text box. I have tried to copy the text directly from Traders Little Helper, but doesn't seem to have a copy function. So I think I have everything I need, but I don't know what to put in the fingerprint question of the "Add Torrent Form".

Browse to the MD5 file on your computer, right click on it, choose Edit, when it opens copy and paste.

go back to Trader's Little Helper and make another MD5 file but save it as a text file - copy and paste that code into the fingerprints field here and delete that text file - then test the folder's checksum files and the .torrent file again by running them in TLH - if it all checks out you're good.
