SVCD to DVD
I have a Hard drive that has some Great video... Some in DVD some in SVCD... If I wanted to seed the SVCD stuff that was not already seeded here am i allowed to package them as DVD and show this in the linage in an effort to make them available or is this Verbotton!!
 If Yes which Tool is the best for this I have Nero, DVD Zip, openDVD and others... A

Nope, no SVCD or VCD sourced stuff allowed here. I'm sure they would like it over at Dime though.
