new to site
im very to this and would like to get started sharing or trading shows but i dont have any. could you give me any helpful tips?

I would start by taking a look at our FAQ. If you plan on downloading shows, check out the BitTorrent Help section of it. If you want to get them by mail, take a look at the B&Ps, Vines, Tree, etc section of it.
