How do I go about deleting a post I already sent?

Do you mean a private message or a post in a thread? For a PM, go to your sent mail box and you can delete there by clicking the box and choosing delete from the drop down box on the bottom of the page.

If you are referring to a post in a thread, you can't delete your own posts. You can report the post and ask for it to be deleted by a mod. Depending on the post, usually it will be deleted.
