Opinions please
This sample is from a set of remastered SBD Clash tracks that have recently surfaced. Does this look to you like someone's played with mp3's or the lossless source? The upwards climb towards the end makes me think it's lossless, but that's quite the valley there...

can you post a sample? looks questionable from what I can see would like to take a closer look (& listen)
use megaupload/rapidshare/sendspace/etc pls 10 or 20 seconds is enough, or a short track

yeah, i don't like what i see either, but would like to see a sample as well before passing final judgement.

Well, I have rec'd official confirmation that the person who gave it to me mistook someone's work with high-quality mp3's as being from a lossless source. Blah!

this is about as clear-cut as it gets (sorry to say
 )certified LOSSY hopefully it can be traced back far enough to find a true lossless copy
