Increase my share ratio

Can someone please explain how I can increase my share ratio using Azeureus? Thanks. Just trying to be a good community member.

leave azureus running after you finish the download until the share ratio is above 1.0...If there are still more leechers downloading the show you should see your ratio rise.

What he said, but also - upload something totally new to TTD, rather than things you've downloaded. That way you give all, but take nothing away, and after a lot of this, you should be in share ratio heaven.....

Torrents > Your Seeding Opportunities
in the menu bar above
to see torrents that you've downloaded
that have leeches on them right now

start up one or more of those torrents
like you did when you downloaded
point to the files on your hard drive
and start seeding

Depending on how many shows you've downloaded, you could just leave Azureus running constantly with all your shows open (queued in Azureus-speak).

It will juggle them according to whoever else needs all or part of them, and switch them from seeding to queued as it needs to.

But, as prev poster said, you can also check seeding opps for those that people need a part of what you've got, and selectively open those.
