perhaps because your client has DHT enabled and its still attached to a torrent cloud elsewhere.
its not in the logs nor in the torrent list - just upload the show. No members have liked this post.

You never completely finished the upload page. You got the torrent uploaded to the tracker, but never hit the Submit New Thread button on the upload page to create the thread. So, go ahead and try it again only make sure you see the thread afterwards.
