Zoom h1 help
I need help.
I have a zoom h1 recorder, and want to be able to use it as a mp3 player, (for podcasts, etc) I can put the files on there and it does not recognize them, or play them, (when I plug the usb cord in the files are on it) I cant figure out a way to do this, and need help, (it should work as it records and plays back mp3 files it records just not external imported mp3 files) No members have liked this post.

Re: Zoom h1 help
I think it'll only recognize files that are the same as how it names them - with numbers.
Try this: record something - anything - on the unit. Save it. What's it called? Use that filename, and copy one of your eMPty3's to the unit right next to where you recorded that test file. Now rename it one number higher than the test file.... Does it play now? It's not a good portable player at all. Not designed for it I'm afraid...
