is this mp3, hard to tell****please help***
this is an interview done in 1978 of bob marley...it's very rare but it looks MP3 to me.....It might be the equipment used to do the interview?? I can't really tell, any help would be great..

unfortunately, no, it is not the equipment, that is totally lossy.
