16 khz Cutoff
Lineage is unclear. Some say it was a broadcast. Could be a 32 khz DAT, I guess. But I'm not sure about the things which are visible above cutoff up to 17 khz in the 0.6 sa and the cutoff in the FA is really strong. No cuts and bricks visible though. So guess no mp3, but what is it?

looks like somebody's put a LPF on it just above where the frequency response ends... doesn't look like mp3, but strange nevertheless.

high bitrate 320 mp3 w/ LPF looks like that. baby blocks, but blocks, just the same.
