if you turn off both the firewalls, and you are still firewalled, you can narrow the problem to not setting up the router correctly

One last time....I did everything over again and disabled the Verizon firewall. Then when I logged onto Azureus I got the message congratulations you fixed it. But...I'm still showing as being firewalled on this site. What the heck is going on?
