Three users at db.etree.org list this as "AUD > ? > DAT > CD-R"
We have some sort of flipped mirror image (in case this being thru 32kHz DAT), but not as "nice" as I've seen before. I wonder if there's a codec capable of encoding such weak signals, that there's a mirror image left after encoding...

To me this sounds overdriven, besides the metallic sound. This is mono too. I don't know much Stevie Wonder concerts (this is my first part of), but if I'm a fan of an artist and the show has some sort of "value" (f. e. I attended the concert), I would definitely look for the best version around - this includes examining different sources by eyes.
I respect the others out there searching for best versions of "their" shows.
