I keep getting this error with BitTornado


Tried both these and got the same error. ( replaced http with 4ttp)

diggrd, does it work if you edit the torrent files and replace '4ttp' with 'http'? That is a strange error indeed and I'll have to look into it. What browser are you using?

(Yes, it is working for some people. I'm on Azureus and doing OK.)

EDIT: whoops, I misread what you wrote. I thought it was replacing the 'h' with a '4' and couldn't understand why.

So, it's an infohash problem. I'll look into this.

If you do not redownload the torrent file, your bittorrent client will start to give you errors!

Please post all your questions and problems in this thread so that it is easy for me to address.

have stopped my downloading (about 75%), redownloaded and overwritten the torrent file in the same folder but my bittorrent client (Bit Tornado) is giving me error ( "NOT A VALID RESPONSEFILE"; i have redownloaded the torrent file several times with no result; can you help me to understand?

Im getting similar Info hash error messages even after redownloading and restarting multiple torrents. I opened up three or four different torrents to try and seed and none will work. I am using bit torrent and getting the following error message:
""red hot chili peppers 2002-06-04" : Aborting the torrent as it was rejected by the tracker while not connected to any peers. Message from the tracker: (info_hash = '���\0C������K' OR info_hash = '���\0C������K' OR info_hash = '293d6d5773fb669c273435d4daca164808695c9d') : torrent not registered with this tracker"

Sorry things arent working well. If its an issue with certain clients please let us know so we can change. Thanks again to everyone running this site for everything and for all the seeders tapers and everyone making it possible for all of us to come here and find amazing live shows in both audio and video formats.

It's not easy to follow all the instructions, some concepts and terms are not easy if english is not your mother language...

nonantolaslim, did you redownload the torrent file from the thread? The error you are getting is one if you didn't download a new torrent file today.
