Re: Not Burning At Full Speed?
No its on its own line.
Does burning with the option "Buffer Underun Prevention" slow down speeds? No members have liked this post.

Re: Not Burning At Full Speed?
one more thing.... if you use nero (other programs may do this too) you can do a test burn. do this and see what speeds it gets. If it is slow, it could be you have outdated eide drivers. update those and you will good to go. That is assuming it's an ide hdd and dvd as opposed to SATA.
I'm still betting on poor media though

DVD Burning Help :(
Okay, so I received this 4.598 DVD in a B&P offer (I'm trying to burn this to burn this one for you toto)
and when I try to burn it for a trade, I can't seem to get it right I inserted the original DVD into my drive and copied all the files and placed them in a temporary folder (I made afolder and named it "Temporary Phish Files") when I pasted them in it, all the files copied fine except 01_4 VOB so then I tried jsut copying the 01_4 VOB file into the temporary folder, and the same error came up the error is: "Cannot copy VTS_01_4: Data error (cyclic redundancy check). any help? Re: DVD Burning Help :(
Don't know what that error means, but, if what you received is a vdeo dvd you should rip it rather than just copy the files. If you are on a pc use DVDDecrypter (you'll have to google it, they're no longer supporting it), if you are on a Mac use MacTheRipper which can be found on version tracker.
That may or may not solve your problem. No members have liked this post.
