I'm not worried. I'm more concerned if I need to bring a portable HD to Portland next week. Dime is flooded with Dylan videos for a few weeks now. So much world to see, so many Dylan shows to grab.

What I don't understand is - if the tracker was shut down because the October bill could not be met how is he able to bring it back if the October bill still hasn't been met - or indeed paid?
