Yeah, I just checked it out. I had to sign up again and my ratio is gone. The forums are still down and all the torrents are 3 weeks old. Hopefully they're still restoring stuff from backup.

It's back, but it's not really back yet (although I see that a couple of new torrents have been uploaded):
