Re: Burn onto DVD
I have a DVD/CD burner, i just dont know what software to use or how to do it.
B/c most of the DVD burning software clones from one DVD and backs it up to the DVD-R and all i have are the files, such as VIDEO_TS. And is there a free way to do it? Thanks No members have liked this post.

Dvd Shrink
I recently combined 2 sets of a show (6.6 gigs) to burn on my new dual layer burner using Dvd shrink. I didn't realize it was set to shrink the dvd to 4.7 gigs automically. Then I watched it, and didn't really notice too much of a quality difference. I was just wondering if there really would be a noticable difference if I burned the whole show shrinked to fit on a regular dvd-r?

Re: Dvd Shrink
Depends how anal you are. There is always going to be SOME loss of quality in compression, its not always that noticable. If you plan on trading it, I would make a note of the compression.

Re: Dvd Shrink
for personal use, no worries...with live shows, only occasionally will you notice any loss of quality using dvd shrink
for archiving & trading, DO NOT use the "shrunk" version...always trade with the original version, even if that means burning two discs instead of one No members have liked this post.

Re: Dvd Video Files Reallocation Failed. DVD might be unplayable
I know this has come up before, try looking through these threads:
http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/...earchid=291717 Seems most people were still able to watch the DVD on their computer or stand alone DVD player. No members have liked this post.
