page and plant japan 1996 dvds
I just stopped myself from uploading these..i have low generation vhs tapes..that I transferred to dvd.these have to be PAL format to be uploaded right? and since my vhs player doesn't play PAL FORMAT vhs tapes I should assume these are NTSC FORMAT vhs tapes? and that would mean I cant upload,right? scott

Japan uses NTSC so that might very well be the native format.
