How do you confirm if it's NTSC or PAL?
Apparently, my torrent was just pulled and I am confused to how I was to confirm whether it was NTSC or PAL? I used MPEGStream to determine the stats I already have. Since I didn't given an explanation. I am confused on what I was supposed to explain.

Re: How do you confirm if it's NTSC or PAL?
An audience shot video should be in the right region code. A video shot in Belgium should be PAL, unless the camera used is from another region (this should be specified). Like a BBC broadcast is PAL. If not specified the footage has been converted PAL > NTSC.

Re: How do you confirm if it's NTSC or PAL?
Actually it's very easy to find out if it's PAL or NTSC.
PAL resolution: 720*576, 704*576 NTSC resolution: 720*480 Also the framerate is different. PAL has got 25fps, NTSC has got 29.97fps. And there are software that can show you a lot of details including the format. I use MediaInfo which is indeed easy and realiable helper No members have liked this post.
