"Clip total bitrate too high for a DVD video" is the message I get when I go to compile the DVD
I am using TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 with DivX® Authoring version 3.05.149.
The bitrate is too high for the video portion. > 10000 Any tech help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance. Rags No members have liked this post.

Re: "Clip total bitrate too high for a DVD video" is the message I get when I go to compile the DVD
depends on whether yer authoring the audio as LPCM or AC3, and it depends on length of the video as well...typically, i encode a 1.5 hour show ~8-8.5Mbps for the video, and LPCM audio [1.5Mbps]

Rags847: You should use a bitrate calculator before you encode your video. Try this one: http://dvd-hq.info/Calculator.html No members have liked this post.
