I want to get it right...phpMyadmin v VB

Please can you advise me on what to tick before I backup my VB database

I'm using phpMyadmin

in the Data box...what do I tick?

What does the Help file/option or instruction manual for phpMyadmin suggest....? or a google search for the text of the various options?

I give vBulletin support on the vBulletin sites, not here on my music site, sorry.

(I also do not use phpMyAdmin to create backups. The best way to create a backup is through shell access. But, like I said, post over on the vbulletin forums and I can help there.)

My admining this site is separate from my modding over at vb.org. I try to keep them separate which is why I asked you to post over there. I would gladly help you over there.
