RSS Torrent Download Feed and/or IRC Auto Torrent Download

did a search and it doesn't seem like either of these are an option (not sure if there's even an IRC channel here)

with rtorrent+rutorrent you can setup a RSS feed to automatically download and start a torrent based on specific filters (can do the same via an IRC announce channel)

with deluge and flexget you can do the same

are these options available here? if so, can someone point me in the right direction

if not, any chance either one of these features could be implemented here?

We have an RSS feed for the two torrent forums, but utorrent won't automatically start torrents from the threads. It has to do with the way the torrent file is served up via the vbulletin software.
